Yogurt with apple and walnuts

To enjoy it at breakfast or in the afternoon, I propose to make this healthy dessert in a few minutes and in this way incorporate calcium, vitamins and minerals so necessary for the proper functioning of your body.

Ingredients:

1 yogurt flavor of choice
1 green apple cut into wedges
6 walnuts, peeled and diced

Preparation:

First wash the apple and then cut it into very fine wedges. Pour the yogurt into a container or candy dish and cover with the apple wedges.

Finally, add the peeled and chopped walnuts and you have this healthy dessert ready to taste.
