Yogurt-based White Sauce

Today I present you a recipe that is also called fake white sauce and is ideal for pasta and vegetables, it is quick to cook and does not cut.

Ingredients

2 ports of whole natural yogurt
12 tablespoons of grated cheese
1 egg yolk
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

Heat the yogurts and grated cheese in a saucepan, add a whipped yolk, salt and pepper, stir well for 5 minutes and remove from the heat. Serve over pasta and vegetables
