Giving yourself a sweet treat is terribly simple and fast with these vegan donut holes and a sweet fried which is made with only three ingredients, in addition to what you use for battering and frying. What do you already want to prepare them and even more to try them?

Yogurt, syrup and flour is all you need to prepare the dough for these donut holes. Could you substitute the syrup for the honey? Of course. There are several changes that you could make in this recipe but as we present them they are delicious, we assure you.

Once the dough is done, it will suffice to fry them and coat them. At home we like the classic sugar and cinnamon, with good cinnamon by the way. Try them! They are a great temptation. The good thing is that with these measures you will not get more than 12 balls and they will end soon at home!

Ingredients
  • 1 soy yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon syrup
  • 3 measures of plain yogurt
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Sugar and cinnamon to coat

  1. We mix the three main ingredients: yogurt, syrup and flour in a bowl. First with a spoon and then with your hands until you achieve a manageable dough.
  2. Then, with our hands, we are taking small portions of dough and creating little balls the size of a walnut. Does the dough stick to your hands a bit? Moisten them slightly.
  3. Once all are done, heat plenty of oil in a saucepan and we fry the donut holes until golden.
  4. Once golden, remove them and place them in a bowl with sugar and cinnamon to coat them.
  5. Finally, we serve the donut holes on a plate or bowl.
