GARLIC SWEETS

INGREDINTES (for 4 people :):
750 kg. lamb sweetbreads
extra virgin olive oil
garlic
peppers
salt and pepper

PREPARATION:
The gizzards are cleaned by removing the webs and if they have any fat
leaving them the size of our liking, he starts to heat a frying pan with the
oil and minced garlic, when they begin to fry add the
gizzards, fry for about ten minutes and add the paprika, salt
and the pepper all to taste, fry another five minutes and remove.
To plate they are placed in the center of it and can be decorated by placing
around some lettuce chopped in julienne.
