With this recipe, keep your strawberries for a long time; although because of how appetizing they are, I don't think they will last long.
Ingredients:
1 kg. and a half strawberries
250 g. of sugar
Process:
Clean, dry and remove the cape from all the strawberries. Put them in a jar and drizzle them slowly with sugar. Fill the jars and let them rest for 3 hours in a cool environment. After three hours, close them and place the jars in a pot of cold water. Bring the pot to the heat for 20 minutes after the water reaches a boil. Let the pots cool in the same water and store them well.
