INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg tender beans.
- Oil.
- Serrano ham.
- 1 tomato.
- 1 spring onion.
- 1 clove garlic.
- 1 potato.
- 2 hard boiled eggs.
- Salt and water.
PROCESS:
- In a saucepan with a little oil, sauté the onion, garlic and the peeled and ginned tomato (all chopped).
- Add the ham, the peeled and chopped potato and the water and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Then add the peeled beans and the salt to cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
- We serve with pieces of hard-boiled egg.
