To make this healthy sweet we will use the pumpkin type squash because it has a better consistency to make this preparation and it contains less water than the common squash, being ideal to be molded and then cut into portions.
Ingredients:
1 kilo of pumpkin (pumpkin)
300 cc of water
2 cloves
vanilla essence, a few drops
4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon of agar-agar (natural seaweed gelatin)
Preparation:
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into cubes, place them in a pot with the cloves and water. Cook this preparation until the pieces are tender. Then, remove them and let them warm, then blend them and add the vanilla essence. Pour the pieces into the pot and when it comes to a boil, add the agar-agar dissolved in a little cold water.
Cook this preparation for 5 more minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. When you remove it from the heat add the honey and mix. Prepare a mold moistened with water and pour the candy. Store the mold in the fridge until it is very cold and then you can unmold and cut it.
