Crafting
In a bowl we put all the ingredients of the dough in order and knead with floured hands. In a few minutes we will achieve a homogeneous mass. We make a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap before putting it in the fridge for 15 minutes.
We preheat the oven at 190ºC.
We poach in a pan onion and mushrooms. When they are tender, add the well drained spinach and the ham cubes, to taste.
Lo we remove from the fire and add the cream, beaten eggs and grated cheese to the mixture. Season and reserve.
We stretch the dough with a rolling pin and cover the mold of our 25 cm diameter quiche. We pour the filling and take it to the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
We serve hot or warm.
