Spicy meat stew with chickpeas for autumn

Meat stew with chickpeas, spicy

Little by little, we're starting to enjoy cooler days, when we begin to crave stews like the one I'm suggesting today. It's a spicy meat and chickpea stew with a fantastic blend of flavors, and you can even leave out the spice if you prefer—of course!

This stew is incredibly comforting and will be a great way to warm up during the colder months ahead. With a generous base of vegetables , meat, and chickpeas, it's also a very complete dish that you can serve as a main course, perhaps with an orange for dessert.

Doesn't it look delicious? The meat broth, the red wine we used in cooking it, and the fried tomato all contribute to that dark color that makes the chickpeas and carrots stand out so beautifully. Aren't you dying to try it?
