Snowy tomatoes

INGREDIENTS:

- 4 tomatoes.

- 1 small bag of Parmesan cheese.

- Liquid cream.

- Basil powder.

- Salt and pepper.

PROCESS:

- Scald the tomatoes, peel them and cut them in half. We remove a little pulp from the center. Season with salt and pepper and add a little basil to each of them.

- In a bowl we put semi-whipped cream and half the bag of Parmesan cheese. Mix well and put a tablespoon of that sauce in each of the tomatoes.

- We bake to gratin the cheese.
