Cheesecakes are a dessert that is easy to get right. And almost all of us like them. We can also prepare them in a thousand ways, and the one I propose today is one of the easiest. Why? Because making this simple cheesecake There is little else to do than mix the ingredients and put them in the oven.
This is a cake that curdles in the ovenI understand that in summer it can be a bit of a hassle to turn it on, but now that the temperatures are starting to cool down I wouldn't miss the opportunity to try it. Plus, it only takes about 20 minutes for these versions for two to be ready.
You can taste them as is; their fluffy texture and its mild flavor are enough to conquer anyone. But you could also accompany it with some fruit jam such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or red berries to add a touch of acidity. Experiment!
The recipe
- 300 g. cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml cream to assemble
- 8 tablespoons sugar
- 1 natural yogurt
- 5 tablespoons cornstarch
- Butter for the mould or baking paper
- We put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat until achieving a creamy and homogeneous mixture
- We preheat the oven at 180ºC
- We spread the molds with butter or line with baking paperYou can make one big cake or 4 smaller ones like I did.
- Distribute the mixture, making sure that there are at least three fingers left to the edge of the mold, since the dough tends to rise a lot and then deflate slightly.
- Put the molds in the oven and cook for 20 minutes or until the surface is golden and the mixture has set.
- Let it cool and then put the molds in the refrigerator until just before serving.
- Then, carefully unmold them.
