Simple and vitamin smoothie

This delicious smoothie that we will prepare today constitutes a drink with a high vitamin content, being a simple preparation to make so that you can enjoy it at any time of the day.

Ingredients:

Carrots 3
1 liter of cold water
1 envelope of lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar

Preparation:

Pour the peeled and diced carrots into the blender glass. Then, add the sugar, the lemon juice envelope and the cold water.

Blend these ingredients for a few seconds and once the smoothie is prepared, serve it in tall glasses and taste it very cold.
