
Ingredients:
Tomatoes: 6 units
Cheese Per salut: 300 g
Black olives: 50 g
Shrimp: 150 g
Tangerine: 1 unit
Lemon: 2 units
Wholemeal lactal bread: 6 units
Zucchini: 2 units
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Put the shrimp in a bowl with the juice of 1 tangerine and 2 lemons, for 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Take 6 slices of whole wheat bread, without crust. Cut diagonally, getting 2 equal triangles per feta. Bake in a medium oven for 10 minutes until crispy.
On the other hand, wash 2 zucchini, cut them finely and cook in a non-greasy Teflon pan. Salt and pepper and reserve.
Fillet the olives. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Arrange on a plate, the bread triangles, with zucchini, shrimp, cheese and the filleted olives, and bake for 5 minutes. At the time of plating, finish the brusquettes with the halves of the tomatoes.
