Seed pizza

Pizzas are a classic dinner choice among friends , but today we're sharing this new version with a delicious seeded crust, featuring sesame seeds and shelled sunflower seeds. These nuts provide our bodies with all the fiber and vitamins they need.

Furthermore, these pizzas with this special dough allow us to eat our usual meals in a different way, adding a special touch . This encourages us to experiment in the kitchen and create innovative recipes so we don't get bored with the same old dishes.

Ingredients

  • Fried tomato.
  • Leftover Bolognese meat.
  • Eggs
  • bacon.
  • Still.
  • Oregano.
  • Grated cheese.

For the pizza dough with seeds:

  • 200 ml of water
  • 400 g of flour.
  • 50 ml of olive oil.
  • 15 g of fresh baker's yeast.
  • 20 g of peeled pipes.
  • 20 g of sesame.
  • Pinch of salt.

Music

First, we'll make our pizza dough . To do this, in a large bowl, we'll put the wet ingredients: water and oil. We'll warm the water slightly beforehand so that when we add the baker's yeast, it dissolves and incorporates well.

Next, add the sunflower seeds and sesame seeds and stir briefly. Gradually sift in the flour to incorporate more air and help the dough rise. Knead well until you have a smooth and elastic dough. Cover with a cloth and let it rise for about half an hour at room temperature, or until it has doubled in size.

Then, after this time, we will stretch the dough well and add a base of fried tomato sauce, and then incorporate our favorite ingredients : bacon, egg, meat, etc. We cover it with grated cheese and sprinkle with oregano.

Finally, we'll put it in the preheated oven at 200ºC for about 10-15 minutes . I hope you love this pizza dough for any special occasion.
