To start the week with a fresh dish, ideal for Summer and lose the extra pounds that we have, I have prepared these seasoned carrots for you. In addition, it is a dish with very few calories, but very tasty.

This recipe for seasoned carrots is very easy and quick to make, in addition, being a cold lid or inlet we can make it ready in advance.
First, we will peel the carrots, removing the stem and tail. Later, we will put it in a saucepan with enough water and boil it until they are tender, but not very tender at all, otherwise they would fall apart. Then, we let it warm and we will cut it into slices of 1 cm thick more or less.
While the carrots are cooking we can prepare the ingredients for the maceration. To do this, we will cut the thinly sliced ​​garlic.
Finally, in a bowl We will add the cooked carrots, the garlic, the salt, the oil, the oregano, and the thyme. All this, we will stir it well so that the flavors bind and we will let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
