Ingredients:
1kg of sea bream
1 Zucchini
2 turnips
4 tomates
3 medium potatoes
1 cebolla
4 cloves of garlic
2 roasted red peppers
1 glass of fish broth
Concentrated tomato
Paprika
Oil, salt and parsley
Preparation:
Peel and chop the garlic and tomatoes. Peel and julienne the onion. Cut the peppers into strips, the zucchini into thick sticks and the potatoes and turnips into eighths. In a little oil, fry the onion and garlic with a little salt. When they are poached add 2 tablespoons of tomato concentrate and one of paprika. Add the broth and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the potato and turnip and cook for another 15 minutes. Add the zucchini and the bream into pieces and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 min. A few minutes before removing from the heat add the tomatoes and peppers.
