Bream Donostiarra style

Ingredients:
4 sea bream
1 / 2 chilli
The juice of lemon 1 / 2
1 garlic clove
Olive oil
4 tablespoons vinegar
Sal Island

Preparation:
Salt the sea breams open in the middle and pass them through a frying pan so that they are done on the outside but not on the inside.
In the same pan, brown the sliced ​​garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil and the chilli cut into rings. Put the sea breams on a flush baking tray and cook at 4º for 200 minutes.
In a saucepan, remove the juice obtained from the sea bream and mix with the vinegar and lemon juice.
Distribute the rehash over the sea breams and sauce.
