Today I propose in Cooking Recipes a very easy recipe: sautéed mushrooms and red pepper. It is a proposal that we can serve as a starter, but also a great light dinner for the whole family. Both the ingredients and the way of proceeding are simple, what more can we ask for?
To prepare this recipe we have used whole fresh mushrooms, but you can use mushrooms in quarters or slices and you will save time. Cleaning the pan now is all that needs to be done to prepare this recipe that we have seasoned with flake salt, black pepper and parsley.
- 250 g. mushrooms
- ½ red pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- Sal Island
- Black pepper
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- We clean the mushrooms and we dry them. Afterwards, we laminate or cut into quarters and reserve.
- We wash the red pepper and we chop it into small squares.
- In a pan we put 3 teaspoons of olive oil to heat.
- We mince the garlic and fry it for a few seconds, taking care that it does not burn.
- We incorporate the pepper and sauté 4 minutes, stirring from time to time.
- Add the mushrooms and sauté over medium heat until tender. We season to our liking.
- Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
