This sauce with beer is very good, it gives the rabbit a very good flavor and makes the stew a success, accompanied by some potatoes, mushrooms or cooked rice, it is a very complete dish, it only remains to accompany it with a good piece of bread for dipping the sauce.

- 1 rabbit cut into pieces
- 1 Carrot
- 1 cebolla
- 5-6 tablespoons of crushed tomato
- 1 garlic
- 1 beer (200ml.)
- 1 glass of broth (200ml.) Or water
- 1 can of mushrooms
- Potatoes
- salt pepper
- Flour (XNUMXg)
- Oil
- Cut the rabbit into pieces, salt and pepper it and go through flour.
- We put a casserole to heat with a good jet of oil and brown the rabbit.
- While the rabbit is browning, we prepare the vegetables, cut the carrot into pieces, chop the onion and when the rabbit is golden, we add them, we let it cook all together, when we see that the onion is a bit transparent we put the minced garlic and followed by the crushed tomato, remove it and let it cook for a few minutes.
- We pour the beer, let it boil so that the alcohol evaporates and cover with the glass of broth or water, let it cook for 30 minutes, if necessary we will pour water.
- After this time we add the mushrooms, taste the salt, leave it for a couple of minutes and turn off.
- Apart we fry some potatoes and add them.
- We can thicken the sauce, crushing the vegetables a little.
