Cinnamon apple rings, a quick dessert
Having a dessert ready in 15 minutes is possible with this recipe. After seeing them edited in an American publication, I got down to business and decided to be faithful to the original recipe or almost. I decided to add a little cinnamon to the sugar coating of these apple rings. Who doesn't have time to make a dessert like this?

Ingredients
- 3 red apples
- 1 cup of flour
- ¼ teaspoon yeast
- â…› teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- 1 egg
- Olive oil
- Sugar
- Ground cinnamon

- We mix in a bowl flour, salt and yeast.
- In another bowl, we beat the egg and yogurt. When the mixture is homogeneous, add the flour mixture and mix well until obtaining a dense and homogeneous dough.
- We peel the apples and we cut into rings no thicker than 1 cm. In truth, they will not be hoops until we eliminate the heart of each one of them; I did it with a little knife.
- We introduce the rings in the mixture, we smear them well and then we fry in hot oil, two minutes on each side. We are not interested in the oil being too hot or it will brown too quickly.
- Finally and still hot, we batter them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon to taste.
Notes
Temperate are a delight, but they are not bad weather afterwards, cold either.
