Pumpkin Sauce

An ideal recipe to change the flavor of your pasta, do you dare?

Ingredients

1/2 kilo of pumpkin
1 cebolla
1 Carrot
1 garlic
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley,
2 tablespoons of oil
Salt to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Grated ginger to taste

Procedure

Sauté the onion and garlic, both finely chopped, in a large skillet and once they are sautéed, add the grated pumpkin and carrot.

Once tender, season with the nutmeg, ginger, salt and chopped parsley. Stir well and serve.
