pumpkin chips

I present a recipe to prepare some pumpkin chips, ideal to present as a starter:

Ingredients:

800 g pumpkin, peeled and seedless
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
ground chili
pepper
romero
shawl

Preparation:

Cut the squash into thin slices or sticks. Rub them with the olive oil, salt and pepper and divide into 3 parts. Sprinkle 1 part of them with a little chili pepper, another part with rosemary and the last with crushed garlic (alone or mixed with parsley).

Place in a nonstick roasting pan with vegetable spray and bake until tender, but not falling apart or burning. Turn them over halfway through cooking with the help of a spatula so they do not break.
