Pork and vegetable salad

Today's proposal is to make a simple salad with some vegetables and using some leftover pork that we have left over from a previous meal and in this way we will prepare a complete meal.

Ingredients:

1 piece of pork (cooked)
2 tomates
2 onions
1 cucumber
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
olive oil, to taste
wine vinegar, to taste
Salt and ground pepper, a pinch

Preparation:

Cut the cooked pork into cubes and place them in a salad bowl. Then slice the tomatoes, cucumber, and hard-boiled eggs. Mix these ingredients.

In addition, chop the onions very small and mix them with the chopped parsley, a drizzle of olive oil, wine vinegar to taste and season with salt and ground pepper. Finally, mix this preparation and drizzle the salad. Stir and you can serve the portions.
