Peach Sorbet

With the heats of this spring I bring you a refreshing peach sorbet to share with friends:

Ingredients

  • 8 ripe peaches
  • 2 slices of lemon
  • 3 tablespoons of port
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 250 grams of sugars
  • 200 grams of milk cream
  • 1 liter of champagne Crushed ice required amount

Procedure
Blend the peaches with the lemon slices, the port, the honey and the sugar.
Add the crushed ice and mix again.

Remove and put in a jug with heavy cream and champagne.
