- 400 gr. Of flour
- 250 gr. sugar
- 250 grams sunflower oil
- 2 yogurts
- 2 packets of soft drinks or 1 packet of yeast
- 4 eggs
- 2 oranges, zest and juice
- 100 gr. icing sugar

- To prepare this orange cake, first we preheat the oven to 180ºC. We prepare the ingredients to make the glazed orange sponge cake.
- Grate the oranges and extract the orange juice. In a bowl, put the eggs and sugar.
- Beat with a stick mixer for a few minutes until the mixture is whitish and foamy. add the orange zest, add the yogurt. We beat.
- Then add the sunflower oil, mix, add the orange juice, leaving a few tablespoons of orange juice.
- We mix the yeast or the raising agents with the flour, mix and with a colander or a sieve we will add the flour to the dough in two or three times mixing little by little.
- We prepare a mold for coca, spread with butter and sprinkle flour, add the mixture. We put in the oven 40 minutes depending on the oven with heat up and down. We will click in the center to see if it is ready. When it's done, take it out and let it cool.
- We prepare the glaze. Put the icing sugar in a bowl and add the juice until you get the point that you like.
- Prick the cake with a toothpick and cover with the glaze. Let cool and ready.
