Are you looking for a full breakfast to start the day with energy? These oatmeal and cocoa porridge with figs, banana and pear are a great proposition. A great combination of ingredients that, contrary to what it may seem, not only works but is very pleasant.
If, like me, you are one of those who need to start the day with a good breakfast and enjoy preparing it, you have to try it! It won't take you more than 10 minutes to prepare it; the time that you have to cook the oats so that it is digestive. And you don't need sugar or other sweeteners; the mashed banana and figs are responsible for giving it that sweet spot in a natural way. Try them!
