Mustard peceto

Today we will see how to prepare meat but in a special way:

Ingredients:

1 chest
2 meat or vegetable broths
1/2 liter heavy cream
Mustard
Pepper
Sal Island

Preparation:

Salt and pepper the peceto, cover it with the mustard and let it rest for approximately 1 hour and a half. Meanwhile, prepare the broth and place half in a baking dish. When the hour and a half pass, place the peceto in the pan and bake for 2 hours, turning it over so that it browns evenly.

Ten minutes before you take it out of the oven add the heavy cream.
