Carrots are especially rich in vitamin A and carotenoids. The recipe
- 750 g. carrots
- 120 ml of water
- Salt, a pinch
- To start we peel the carrots and we cut into slices between 1 and 2 centimeters thick.
- Then we place the slices in a microwave safe container in which they are well spread and add the water and salt.
- We cover the container with plastic wrap and place it in the microwave where we cook the carrots at the maximum power for 6 minutes.
- Finally, we remove the carrots naturally from the container and drain if necessary. They are ready to taste!
