Meatballs with potatoes
These delicious meatballs with potatoes can be presented as a single dish as they are quite filling. They are delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 kg of meatballs
- 3 potatoes
- 200 grams of onion
- 50 grams of green pepper
- 1 Carrot
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablet of concentrated broth
- 75 ml water
- 50 ml of white wine
- 30 ml of aceite oliva
- 150 grams of tomato sauce
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- The meatballs We pass them through flour and fry them in a pan with olive oil.
- While they are frying, in a pot we are preparing the sofrito for the sauce: we add the 30 ml of olive oil, the 3 garlic cloves previously crushed in a mortar, the onion, the carrot cut into small cubes, the sliced pepper and the concentrated stock cube ... Once it is all fried we will add the white wine over high heat, so that the alcohol evaporates. Next we will add the water, salt and parsley to taste.
- Once the sauce is prepared, the we will beat in the pot itself and once everything is beaten We will add the meatballs. We let everything cook together 10 minutes over medium heat.
- We accompany the meatballs with some french fries.
