Ingredients
- 1 k. minced meat (mixture of beef and pork)
- 2 garlic
- Parsley
- 1-2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons
- Pepper
- 1 cebolla
- Flour (XNUMXg)
- White wine 150ml.
- Oil and salt
Preparation
- We put the meat in a bowl, we will add the minced garlic, the parsley, the eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. We will mix everything well, cover it and leave it in the fridge, a few hours or from one day to the next, so that it takes on the flavors.
- When we go to prepare them, we will pour flour into a bowl, we will make balls with the meat and we will go through the flour.
- We will put a pan with plenty of oil, when it is very hot we will brown them, it is not necessary to do them much, only that they brown on the outside, then they will finish cooking with the sauce.
- We will take them out and leave them on a plate with kitchen paper, so that it absorbs the oil.
- When they are all done, we will strain the oil to fry them, we will put a little of this oil in a saucepan and we will fry the minced onion.
- When it begins to take color we will add a tablespoon of flour and stir.
- Then we will put the white wine, we will leave a few minutes.
- We put all the meatballs and cover them with water.
- We will let it cook for about 30 minutes, if it thickens a lot or runs out of broth, we will add more water, halfway through cooking, we will add a little salt and if you like a stock cube.
- After this time we taste the salt and they will be ready.
