Ingredients
- 1 kg of meatballs coated in breadcrumbs
- 1 cebolla
- 250 ml chicken broth
- 200 ml of liquid cream
- 100 ml whole milk
- Cheese to melt
- Olive oil
- Oregano and thyme
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- In a large frying pan we add enough oil to cover the meatballs and fry them. When they are fried, we put them aside on a plate and from the same pan we remove almost all the oil, leaving only the necessary to fry the onion already cut into small pieces.
- Once it is fried, We add the cream together with the chicken broth and the milk and stir with the help of a wooden spoon. Next we are adding little by little the melting cheese, without stopping stirring… We will stop adding cheese until we find a sauce with the texture and consistency we want.
- Once the sauce is prepared, we add the meatballs and we leave cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Finally, as a final touch, we will add the oregano and thyme and we will try shawl.
