Low calories: basic dough for light tartlets

If we are on a low-calorie diet and we want to prepare a vegetable or meat tart, I present a simple recipe for light basic dough that will be very useful.

Ingredients:

300 grams of common flour
3 tablespoons of cold water
3 tablespoons of oil
Salt and pepper, a pinch

Preparation:

Pour the common flour, water and oil into the food processor and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Process these foods for a few seconds until you achieve a tender dough. If the dough is hard you can add a little more water.

Then, remove the dough and roll it out until it covers a 26 cm diameter tart mold, previously sprayed with vegetable spray. Finally, before using the preparation, let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
