Low calories: raw and cooked vegetable salad

We will make an excellent low calorie salad recipe, composed of raw and cooked vegetables, constituting a food rich in fiber and with a high content of vitamins, minerals and iron.

Ingredients:

2 tomatoes cut into slices
1 plant of buttery lettuce cut in julienne
1/2 small cabbage cut in julienne
1 cup of chard boiled, drained and chopped
2 hard-boiled eggs

To garnish:
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
olive oil and lemon juice, to taste
Salt, a pinch

Preparation:

Distribute the chopped cabbage, lettuce and chopped chard in a wide salad bowl. Then add the chopped tomatoes and the quartered eggs.

Next, in a bowl, prepare the dressing and mix all the ingredients well. When consuming, season the salad, stir and serve the portions.
