Liver with onion and red pepper

A recipe rich in iron to nourish your family:

Ingredients

2 large onions, julienned
1 medium morón in fine julienne strips
4 liver steaks
Oil required quantity
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

Put the onion and the bell pepper in a frying pan with oil, once tender add the steaks previously sprinkled with salt and pepper on both sides. Cook for five minutes on each side.
