Banana and pear smoothie

From nutridieta.com I bring you a light recipe with bananas and pears:

Ingredients:

  • 500g. of bananas.
  • 500g. of pears.
  • 500cc. skim milk.
  • 3 tablespoons of liquid or powdered sweetener.
  • 1 tablespoon of light vanilla essence.

Preparation:

Wash the pears and then carefully peel the bananas. Once the fruits are prepared, cut them into pieces and process them until obtaining a cream or paste that does not contain lumps. Put the preparation in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Then, add skim milk, sweetener, the essence of light vanilla and mix all the elements well. Finally, you must place the preparation in the fridge for 20 minutes and then serve in any kind of glass.
