Music
- To make our homemade meatballs we will take 1 kg of minced meat both beef and pork and we will throw it into a bowl. We will add parsley to taste and saffron into strands previously ground in a mortar with a little fine salt and some finely chopped fresh onion.
- So that the meatballs do not fall apart, we will make them into balls with the help of beaten egg and a little bread crumbs to mold them.
- We put them aside and boil the stew broth that we have set aside from another day. When it is boiling we add the meatballs, cover the pot and let it cook for About 1 hour over medium heat. We are controlling and moving from time to time.
