Yesterday we prepared a complete and very healthy recipe and today we repeat with this grilled trout with arugula salad, cheese and nuts. A recipe that will not take you more than 15 minutes to prepare and that becomes a great option for everyday use but also for a party table.
The trout is a relatively affordable fish given the prices we currently find in supermarkets. And it is a tasty piece with a very attractive color that catches the eye. A salad is the perfect accompaniment for this one. And yes, a green salad could be enough to serve as a second course or dinner, but we wanted to add a few more ingredients to it.
Salads allow us to use leftovers ingredients that we have at home. In this case it was some pieces of roasted sweet potato and some blueberries that were not planned but were added to the dish at the last minute.
