Grilled prawn salad
Time of preparation: 10 minutes
Ingredients: (2 to 3 people)
- 1/2 kg of fresh prawns
- 2 avocados
- 5 slices of fresh or canned pineapple
- 1 bag of arugula
Preparation:
We place a bed of arugula on a plate, and arrange the pieces of pineapple and avocado.
Then we heat the griddle with two tablespoons of olive oil and cook the prawns. We add garlic and chopped parsley, and we salt. We leave two to three minutes on each side and before removing them we add a few drops of lemon juice.
When they are ready, before adding them to the salad, we remove the heads and peel them, leaving only the tail, although we could also leave them whole.
We season the salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. A yogurt sauce is also a good option to enhance the flavors.
We bring the salad with the warm prawns to the table. Bon Appetite!
