Are you bored of always having the same breakfast? looking for options healthy and fresh for the summer? This bowl of granola with wild berries and whipped cheese is a great alternative both for breakfast and as a snack. Easy and quick to prepare, it is one of my favorite breakfasts when the heat is on and I don't feel like preparing anything.
I'm not much of granola, but every once in a while I like to buy some sugar free commercial option to vary my breakfasts a little. You can prepare it yourselves, but I generally go easy, especially at this time of year. A traditional granola is ideal for this breakfast, you don't have to complicate yourself, since the protagonists here should be wild berries and whipped cheese.
Strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries... you can add the fruits you want to this breakfast. If you can't find them fresh, there are bags of frozen fruits that are very practical in these cases and it never hurts to have them in the freezer. I leave the whipped cheese to your choice, you could even substitute it for yogurt if you wanted. And the splash of honey that is not missing. Test it!
