Ingredients for 4 people):
- 4 slices of goat cheese roll
- oil, egg and flour to coat
- flavor jam to our liking
PREPARATION:
We ask for the cheese in a roll, we have no problem finding it, we heat
oil in a frying pan, while we are coating it and when it is good
hot we put it in the pan so that it browns very quickly before it
melts us, it is a job that requires our full attention since there is
to do it very quickly and skillfully. Once fried it is put in a
tray and add a capita of jam on top.
