- 100 grams of butter
- 3 eggs size L
- 125 grams of brown rice flour
- 100 grams of sugars
- 16 grams of baking yeast
- Zest of 1 lemon

- Next, we will add the butter (Anyone can serve you but we recommend the one that comes in tube format because it is easier to mix), the lemon zest and both brown rice flour and yeast, previously sifted (we add them to a strainer and we add by tapping).
- We mix everything with the help of a metal rod.
