We will make a simple recipe for fat sponge cakes so that all celiacs can enjoy without deprivation with breakfast or a snack made up of totally suitable and gluten-free ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 kilo of gluten-free flour
20 grams of coarse salt
40 g of malt extract
water, amount needed
400 g of beef fat
Preparation:
On a clean, dry surface, place the gluten-free flour and form a crown. Then add the rest of the ingredients and knead them until you get a consistent dough.
Next, roll out the dough, cut small medallions and place them on a buttered plate and let them rest for a few minutes. Finally, cook the cakes in the oven at medium heat for approximately 20 minutes. Remove and let them cool before consuming.
