Music

To make this delicious recipe for glazed eggs, first of all, we will have to make the of this recipe. To do this, we will chop the onion and meat very well. If you prefer, you can grind it with the mincer so the children will not find any small pieces.

In a frying pan, we add a little olive oil and we poach the onion a little. When it is poached, we will add the meat and sauté a little. Then, we will add a few tablespoons of flour and cook it for 2 minutes. Then, we will add a little broth and stir until we get a homogeneous dough that does not stick to the pan. We will transfer it to a flat plate to let it cool.

As for meat, I use the chicken meat that I take advantage of the pot, so as not to waste anything. As I have told you before, this mass of the eggs is the same as that of the Croquetas.

While the dough is cooling, let's go cooking the eggs in a small saucepan with water. The cooking time for the eggs is approximately 12 minutes. As for each glazed egg we will use a quarter of an egg, for about 8 glazed eggs we will need 4 whole eggs.

Once the dough is tempered and the eggs cooked, we will assemble the recipe. We will take one portion of dough, which we will spread on our hand greased with a little oil. On top of this, we will place a quarter of a boiled egg, close it and shape it, like a kind of giant croquette.
