Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, chopped.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
- Ground black pepper.
- Sweet or hot paprika.
- Oregano.
- Thyme.
Preparation
To make this recipe for fried chicken in adobo we will have to prepare the chicken a day before when you want to make the dish. This is because this way, the chicken will get all the flavor of the spices. Although, if you do not have time, with about 3 hours before it could also be exquisite.
In a quite spacious and large bowl We will put a good background of olive oil. Then we will add all the spices that I have mentioned in the ingredients. The amount will vary according to the taste of the diners, if you want it more spicy you just have to add more pepper and opt for the hot paprika.
Once with all the ingredients in the bowl, we will mix with the rods until we see that the oil has blended with the spices. That is when we will add the chopped chicken and we will stick with the marinade each of its parts.
At the same time, we heat one pan with enough olive oil and we fry the pieces of fried chicken. When they are golden, we will take it out and put them on kitchen paper so that it absorbs all the excess oil.
