Fish soup

As we know, fish has innumerable advantages for the body. Today I am going to present you a recipe that my grandmother taught me: a rich fish broth.

Ingredients

  • 1 and a half liters of water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 celery branch
  • 1 hoja de laurel
  • 1 fish without bones

Procedure
First, boil the water with the salt and once it boils, add cut into small pieces: the onion, the carrot and the celery stick.

Second, add the whole bay leaf and boil for 20 minutes. After this time, add the fish cut into pieces and cook for another 10 minutes.

Strain and serve the broth with a pinch of pepper and receive praise from your loved ones.
