Fish with garlic prawns, a simple and quick dessert to make, it is also a dish that is delicious !!! There are many ways to prepare fish, but whatever is done it is always good.
The simplest way is to do it grilled, although it is a bit boring, but if we accompany it with some garlic prawns, we have a complete dish with a lot of flavor.

- 8 fish fillets without bones
- 150 gr. shrimp
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- Parsley
- 1 small glass of olive oil
- 1 chilli

- To prepare the fish with garlic prawns, we will start by preparing the prawns.
- We wash the parsley, chop the garlic, put it in a glass with the oil and crush it.
- We put a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil, we add the peeled prawns, we sauté them. Once they have lost the water we add a few tablespoons of the garlic and parsley dressing that we have prepared, we add the chilli if we like a spicy point. We let it cook until the prawns are ready. Add a little salt. We turn off and reserve
- The amount of the dressing will be to your liking.
- We salt the fish fillets, in the same pan with a tablespoon of oil, make the fish for a couple of minutes on each side over high heat and brown on the outside.
- Add the garlic prawns on top of the fish. We let it finish for a few minutes. You can put more seasoning if you like.
- And it will be ready to serve. If you have leftover oil, garlic and parsley dressing, store it in a glass jar in the fridge, so you will have dressing for another meal. It will keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge.
