El summer it goes away little by little along with the fresh recipes, but nothing prevents us from making the most of the summer days that remain. For this I bring you a coleslaw and carrot, very easy to make and with a light and fresh dressing.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients for 4 people approx:
- 1 with small
- 2 or 3 carrots
- The juice of a lemon
- Sugar
- Sal Island
Preparation:
Wash the carrots, peel and grate them. Reserve them in a container and, on the other hand, separate the hours from the with, clean them and cut them into thin strips. Add the cabbage to the container in which you reserved the grated carrot.
Finally prepare the dressing mixing the juice of the lemon with the sugar and shawl (The amount will depend on the taste of each one, although the ideal is that the sugar is twice the amount of salt), add it to the previous container and mix everything well. Clever!.
When serving ...
It can be accompanied by almost anything you want, although my favorite option is a simply salted white fish. A very light and rich option for both lunch and dinner.
Recipe suggestions:
If you are not on a diet, add a tablespoon of mayonnaise and a half of mustard to the dressing (but mild, not spicy). You will get a creamy salad that is very similar to the coleslaw.
