The recipe

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 6 slices of chorizo
- 1 small can of tomato puree
- 1 cup of peas
- 4 cod loins seasoned with salt
- Salt and pepper
- We heat the oil in a saucepan and we cook the garlic until I start dancing.
- At that moment, add the chorizo and fry for 3 more minutes.
- Then add the tomato and peas, season with salt and pepper and cook for approximately 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring the mixture from time to time.
