A dish that everyone likes, macaroni with chorizo and bacon, a great pasta recipe with a lot of flavor. This macaroni dish is one of the most traditional. The base is undoubtedly a good onion and tomato sauce and then we can put what we like the most, without a doubt this one with chorizo or the meat one.

Ingredients
- 300 gr. macaroni
- 100 gr. chorizo
- 100 gr. of beicón
- Half an onion
- 2-3 tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- Oil
- Sal Island
Preparation
- First we will cook the macaroni with plenty of water and a little salt. We will let it cook for the time indicated by the manufacturer.
- While we will prepare the sauce. We will heat a little oil in a frying pan and add the finely chopped onion, before it browns, add the natural tomato and the fried tomato.
- While we chop the chorizo and the bacon, you can make the pieces to your liking, if you like it smaller or larger.
- On one side of the pan we will put the chorizo and the beícon so that it is browned a little and then we will combine everything.
- When the macaroni are, we will drain them well and we will add them together with the sauce, we will mix everything well for a few minutes so that they take on all the flavors.
- And they will be ready to eat. But if you like gratin, put them in a baking dish and cover it with grated cheese, we put it in the oven until the cheese is gratin.
