We put the cream in the glass of the thermomix and we program 4 minutes, 100º, speed 2.

Add the whiskey and program 30 seconds at speed 6.
Traditional cuisine:
In a saucepan we put the cream and when it starts to boil we add the chocolate. You have to turn it around little by little until the chocolate has melted and with care that it does not stick to us.
We add the whiskey and leave it for another couple of minutes.
Once we have the truffle dough, we put it in a tupperware and put it in the freezer.
With the thermomix we can make the chocolate powder ourselves. You just have to introduce the chocolate in the dry glass and put it at speed 9 for 30 seconds.
